Another charming bungalow can still be found at 3002 Parkwood just south of Central Avenue.  This is how it looked in 1937.  It was built in 1912 by the Wiltsie Realty Company.  This company was also involved in the selling of lots on Stratford Place. The 1918 Polk City Directory listed master mechanic C. Authur Brown as the resident.
