2030 Parkwood was home to Walter Hodge according to the 1910 Polk City Directory.  His occupation was the asistant cashier at the First National Bank.  The 1921 city directory listed Cassius Foster as the occupant of this grand home.  Samuel Foster roomed here in 1921.  There was an alteration (#2162) to the house in 1915.
