Built around 1900, the house at 2262 Parkwood was altered in 1922 using plans (#2717) furnished by the architectural firm of Mills, Rhines, Bellman & Nordhoff. Charles Brigham, the president of the Door Street Lumber Company was listed in the 1910 Polk City Directory as the resident of this home. The Brighams employed Mary Fernier as their live-in domestic. The 1921 directory listed roomer William Vosper as an occupant. He was the secretary of the Toledo Pipe Threading Machine Company. Gertrude Enderline was the live-in domestic according to the 1921 directory. | |||||
