The house at 2404 Parkwood was home to laborer Rollin Inglesby in 1911.  The 1912 Polk City Directory listed the resident of this home as George Newton, a laborer.  O. A. Leach lived here in 1918 while the 1921 city directory listed Floyd Pocock as the resident.  Mr. Pocock had a drugstore at 402 Nebraska.
