The 2419 Parkwood address first appeared in the 1912 Polk City Directory.  It was home to Leon Idoine that year.  Mr. Idoine taught the organ at the Toledo Conservatory of Music.  Casper Nelson resided here in 1918 but according to the 1921 directory had passed away.  His widow, Agnes Nelson, continured to live here.
