William Broer, the president of Broer-Kapp Company, was listed as the resident of 2555 Parkwood in the 1918, 1921, and 1929 city directories.  The 1921 directory listed another resident of this home as Clarence Schaefer, a special agent with the Northwest Ohio Mutual Life Insurance Company.  Mr. Schaefer's biography appeared in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 2 on page 594.  Everette Taylor, the president of the Toledo Printing Company, was the occupant in 1929.  Mr. Taylor's biography appeared in Maumee Valley, Toledo and the Sandusky Region Vol. 3 on page 25.
