The 1918 Polk City Directory listed J. Leo Showel as the resident of 2601 Parkwood. The 1921 directory listed the occupant as John Wilson, a salesman with J. S. Smith & Son, and Charles Hayes, an auditor with Bostwick-Braun Company. | |||||
