Frank Heller, the city editor of the Toledo News-Bee, lived at 2601 Parkwood according to the 1910 Polk City Directory.   The 1911 directory listed Ward Henderson, the trainmaster at Penna Company.  The 1918 Polk City Directory listed J. Leo Showel as the resident of 2601 Parkwood.  The 1921 directory listed the occupant as John Wilson, a salesman with J. S. Smith & Son, and Charles Hayes, an auditor with Bostwick-Braun Company.
