2607 Parkwood
 
The 1910 and 1912 Polk city directories listed Herman Swift, the auditor and secretary of the Toledo Railways and Light Company, as the resident of 2607 Parkwood. Marjjorie Swift boarded here in 1910.  The 1918 city directory listed Gibson Monro of the Reynolds-Monro Women's Apparel Shop, as the occupant.  Mrs. A. Pearl Monro who also lived here in 1918 worked for the Monro Cut Services located at 717 The Nasby Building.
