The Lucas County Auditor's records listed the construction year for 2729 Parkwood as 1919.  The 1921 city directory listed Seaman Vrooman as the occupant of this house.  He was the president and treasurer of the Vrooman-Fehn Printing Company.  Mr. Vrooman's biography appeared in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 3 on page 335.  His wife was Myrtle (Rochford) Vrooman.  George and Carolyn were their children.
