2860 Parkwood was constructed in 1924 according to the Lucas County Auditor's records.  Frank Momence and his wife Agnes Momence lived at this address in 1925.  Mr. Momence was the president and treasurer of the Reliable Outfitting Comapany.  Their son Aaron Momence who roomed here in 1925 was teller at the Commercial Savings Bank & Trust Company.
