The 1918 Polk City Directory listed Otto Sturmer as the resident of 2901 Parkwood and a teacher at the Toledo Conservatory of Music. Mrs. June Sturmer was also a teacher at the same institution.  Sherwood Pinkerton Jr. lived here in 1921.  Mr. Pinkerton was with Pinkerton Tobacco Company which was located on Council near Detroit Avenue.
