3032 Parkwood did not appear in the 1912 Polk City Directory.  Built later, it was home in 1918 to John Sweatman, a plumber whose business was located at 447-49 Huron Street.  The 1921 city directory listed the property as vacant.  It was still listed as vacant in 1924.
