The 1912 Polk City Directory had no such address for 3003 Parkwood.  The 1918 Polk City Directory listed the resident of 3003 Parkwood as Gerhard Beroset, a bookkeeper, while the 1921 directory listed Charles Briggs, an engineer, as the occupant.  Barney Beroset, a salesman for the Simmons Boot & Shoe Company, roomed here in 1918.
