The 1910 Polk City Directory listed Harry Webster as the resident at 3112 Parkwood. Mr. Webster was the owner of Webster Wall Paper Company with locations at 301-03 Summit and 302-12 Madison. His warehouse was at 329 Water Street. Rollo St. John lived here in 1911. Edward Alwood, a barber at 907 West Central, lived here in 1918, while Tome De Bruin, the manager of the Toledo Bond Clothing Company was the occupant in 1921.
