In 1918 the duplex at 3123 Parkwood was home to Edward Rouse, the department manager of the Toledo Scale Company.  Mildred Rouse was a nurse.  George Rouse, a clerk at the DeVilbiss Manufacturing Company, roomed here.  The other unit was home to Charles Warner, a clerk with the R M S in 1918.
