3301 Parkwood was home to the Broecker family according to the 1918 and the 1921 city directories.  Henry Broecker was a cigarmaker.  In 1918 Artthur Broecker was a soldier, but after the war, was listed as a pillmaker in the 1921 city directory.  Lucetta Broecker, a dressmaker, roomed here in those years.  Millie Broecker, a department manager for Lamson's, roomed here also.
