3020 Parkwood was home in 1918 to Lawrence Moriarty of the M. F. Moriarty & Company.    Also, Michael Moriarty, the namesake of the company which sold  new and used machinery, lived here.  The 1921 directory listed Florence Moriarty, a telephone operator, as a roomer and Donald Moriarty who was an inspector.  Ruth Moriarty was a stenographer at her father's business.
