The Lacey Home (left) at 2274 Parkwood and the home (right) at 2268 Parkwood are still standing in 2011.  The home on the left has seen major exterior changes to its original look. Henry Lacey and Arietta Duston, the widow of Charles, were listed as the residents of 2274 in the 1900 Polk City Directory with Emma Gfeller as their domestic. The 1910 resident was Joseph Degnan, the manager of the Toledo Builders' Supply and the 1918 directory listed Charles Medaris as the resident.  His biography appeared in Maumee Valley, Toledo and the Sandusky Valley Vol. 4 on page 11.
