2233 Parkwood Avenue is seen in this view from  Art Work of Toledo, Ohio 1895.  The 1896 Polk City Directory listed Edward Hubbell, a bookkeeper with the Second National Bank, while in 1900 listed his occupation as secretary-treasurer of the National Cement & Rubber Manufacturing Company and by 1910 general insurance with the Aetna Life Insurance Company.  Ida Manzey was his domestic in 1910..  Surgeon Charles Smith occupied by home by 1921. The 1929 directory listed Robinson Bidwell whose biography and photograph appeared in Maumee Valley, Toledo and the Sandusky Region Vol. 3 on page 16.
