The Titus Terry family lived at this home located at 2222 Parkwood, just north of Bancroft Street as early as 1896.  Mr. Titus was the president and general manager of the Dauntless Bicycle Company according to the 1896 Polk City Directory but his occupation was listed as oil producer in the 1900 city directory.  The 1896 and 1900 city directories listed Mary McGee as their live-in domestic.   In 1910, his widow Emiline still occupied this house. It still stands without its expansive front porch.
