The Lucas County Auditor listed the home's construction date as 1913. The Deemberr 9, 1914 issue of the Toledo News-Bee reported that Rowland Mitchell, 44 of 2604 Robinwood, died in his home of heart failure. Mr. Mitchell was the secretary-treasurer of the Toledo Lithographing Company. A wife survived him. Later 2604 Robinwood was home to Harry Collin and his wife Selma (Gardner). Mr. Collin was the vice-president of the Citizens Securities Company. His biography can be read in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 2 on page 523 which includes Mr. Collin's photograph. | |||||
