The 1911 Polk City Directory listed Jacob Troxell as the resident.  Mr. Troxell was a barber at 806 West Central.  Peter Smith, a draftsman for the Toledo Chevrolet Motor Company, lived at 2909 Robinwood according to the 1912 and 1918 city directories.  The 1921 city directory listed draftsman Peter Smith as the resident.  Joseph VanPelt roomed here in 1921.  The other unit was home to watchman Claude Johnson.
