2913 Robinwood was home to architect James Nettleman who worked from his office at the Gardner Building in 1900.  The 1910 directory listed Thomas Edmonds, a clerk at the National Supply Company.  Kate Burger, the widow of Bion Burger, was listed as the occupant of this home in the 1918 and the 1921 Polk city directories.  In 1921 George Brock roomed here.
