The 1900 Polk City Directory listed Julius Taylor as a boarder at 2929 Robinwood. Mr. Taylor was the assistant superintendent of the Union Manufacturing Company. The 1910 directory listed John Stalker of Stalker & Stalker, belting manufacturers with an office at 513 Jefferson. By 1921 Mr. Stalker was listed as the president, secretary and treasurer of the Toledo Belting Company. Jennie Staler, vice-president of the firm, roomed here. | |||||
