Herman Dickman, a clerk with the Bostwick-Braun Company, as the resident of 2530 Robinwood in 1910. Herman Dickman Jr., also a clerk, and student Antje Dickman roomed here that same year. Walter Kellerby lived here in 1911. John Merrell Jr., a traveling agent (salesman), lived here in 1918, while the occupant in 1921 was Charles Chenevert. Mr. Chenevert's biography appeared in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 3 on page 261. His wife was Inez Chenevert and their daughter was Lillian Tillinghast, who roomed here in 1921.
