On July 19, 1912 permit number 7004 was issued by the city for the construction of a home on lot 33 Collingwoood addition.  2726 Scottwood was valued at $4,500.  Early city directories indicate that the resident was Robert Hodge.  Then on June 29, 1920 a permit (12607) allowed the construction of a garage valued at $350.  Thanks to Douglas Forsyth for this research.
