2735 Scottwood was built in 1913, one of the last homes to be finished in the development known as Collingwood Addition.  The original owner was John Hahn, a department manager and buyer for the Lions Dry Goods Company.  The home features an abundance of oak woodwork with built-in leaded glass cupboard and buffet in the dining room.
