The 1907 Polk's Toledo Directory listed the resident of 2510 Scottwood as lawyer Eugene Rheinfrank who later moved to 542 Virginia.  George Stein, an auditor with the Toledo Stone & Glass Sand Company, was the resident of this home in 1910.  The 1918 and 1921 city directories listed Deane Parker as the occupant of this home.  Mr. Parker was the manager of the Parker Ribbon & Carbon Company.  The Parker family domestic in 1921 was Anna Gehrs.
