Miss Cora P. Kirchmaier of 2219 Putnam operated a downtown business at 618 Madsion Avenue in the 1920s. She sold art needle work, ladies lingerie, dresses, skirts, handkerchiefs, gift novelties, and jewelry.
Mills, Rhines, Bellman and Nordhoff designed the Associates Building located at 620 Madison Avenue. Tenants included the West Crescent Fuel Company, Fischer's Music Store, and Prudential Insurance Company. This view is circa 1915 and coutesy of Jack Taylor.
