The Elmer H. Close family lived at 15 Bronson Place in 1907.  Mr. Close was the secretary and treasurer of the Toledo Motor Car Company that year but by 1910 was the  president of the E. H. Close Realty Company, and vice-president and treasurer of the Clinton-Close Company.  Mr. Close was still listed in the directory as the resident in 1912.  His biography and photograph appeared in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 2 on page 238.  Edward Cady was the occupant according to the 1918 city directory.  Mr. Cady was the president of the Guardian Trust and Savings Bank of Toledo.  His wife was Emma Page Watson Cady.
