5709 Yermo, between Alexis and Laskey, was directly located across from the Sunningdale Golf Course.  This six-room brick ranch with a wood-burning fireplace was offered for sale in 1956 by W. J. Perry, 3132 Sylvania Avenue, which advertised as a real estate broker and builder.
