In 1937 during a tax reappraisal a photograph was taken of 2030 Potomac Drive.  According to the 1924 Polk City Directory, the residents were Franklin and Nancy Jones.  He was the president, secretary and general manager of the Acme Coal and Builders' Supply Company.
