The Reynolds Home at 2023 Collingwood is seen in this 1915 photograph. It was designed by the architectural firm of Mills, Rheinhart & Bellman and built in 1903 with the garage built in 1906.  The 1910 Polk City Directory listed occupant Charles Reynolds as the president of the Toledo Savings Bank & Trust Company.  Mr. Reynolds' biography appeared in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 3 on page 626.  The 1921 directory listed Frederick Reynolds, the president of the First National Bank, as the resident.  His biography appeared on page 557 of the same book.  Augustus Richardson, roomed here in 1921.  His biography appeared in Maumee Valley, Toledo & the Sandusky Region Vol. 4 on page 589.
