2718 Collingwood Avenue ( left ) and 2716 Collingwood Avenue ( right ) were listed for sale in an advertisement in the Toledo News Bee in 1917.  2718 is a duplex with six rooms in each with birch wood and mahogany trim.  Other features included beam ceilings and built-in ice boxes.  The realty company handling the sale was the Palmer-Blair Co.
