2415 Glenwood was home to Oliver Perkins according to the 1910 Polk City Directory. Mr. Perkins was the general manager of the Globe Furniture Store. Both the 1918 and the 1921 city directories listed Mark Dickey, who wore many hats. He was the vice-president and secretary of the I. H. Detwiler Company, secretary and treasurer of the St. Paul Building Company and secretary and treasurer of the Laurel Land Company. | |||||
