The 1910 Polk City Directory listed Louis Ottenheimer was the resident of 2301 Glenwood.  He was the vice-president and secretary of the Cohen, Friedlander & Martin Company. By the time of the 1921 directory, he was listed as the 1st vice-president of the Morris Plan Bank and treasurer of the Richardson Company.  Mr. Ottenheimer's biography may be read in Toledo & Lucas County Vol.. 2 on page 682. His wife was Harriet (Cohen) Ottenheimer.  The family's live-in domestic was Elverda Wendling.
