2253 Glenwood was home to Frederick Bishop according to the 1891 and 1896 Polk City Directories.  The 1900 directory listed Dudley Moor as the resident.  The 1918 directory  continued to list Mr. Moor as a resident but also the name of Fred Paddock.  Mr. Paddock was the president of the Paddock-Hodge Company whose biography appeared in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 2 on  page 505.  His wife was Ada (Blatt) Paddock.
