Jack Taylor provided us with this photograph of a duplex at 2253 Glenwood Avenue.  On the back of this photograph it says that there was only one boiler and the heating cost for the 1917-18 season was $210.05.  The house may have begun its days as a single family home.  The 1900 Polk City Directory listed Dudley Moor of Woodbury & Moor.  The live-in domestic that year was Bertha Falk.  The 1910 city directory listed the Moor Brothers as being in the real estate business.  Mr. Moor's biography and photograph appeared in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 2 on page 546.
