The Welles-Bowen Company offered the sale of 2340 Glenwood in the May 30, 1914 edition of the Toledo News Bee.  The duplex offered for the consideration of $10,000 was said to be "modern in every detail.".  It featured Yaryan heat, hardwood floors and finish.  The advertisement noted that the owner was leaving the city.
