2334 Glenwood was home to James Anderson according to the 1910 Polk City Directory.  He was the secretary and treasurer of the Morgan-Anderson Company.  the 1918 city directory listed Albert Rall along with Florence and Helen while the 1921 directory listed Burton Hull who was in the lumber business.
