2128 Ashland was home to three families in 1918.  The Clarence Baine, the C. E. Fifer and the Clarence Southworth families lived in this sprawling home located on Ashland Avenue at Prescott Street.  Mrs. Bertha Fifer, the wife of Charles E. Fifer is seen standing prominently in the center of this photograph.  Two other names appeared on the reverse of this image including Jack Rook and Jack Lowell.
