Louis Kreke was listed in the 1910 Polk City Directory as the resident at 2524 Parkwood.  Mr. Kreke specilaized in real estate, fire insurance and loans from his office in the Spitzer Building.  The 1918 and the 1921 directories listed William Geroe, the secretary and treasurer of the Geroe Company located at 32-36 Huron Street.
