Daniel Noe, a saloon owner at 220 St. Clair, was the resident of 2535 Parkwood according to the 1910 and the 1918 Polk city directories. John Nordholt was the occupant of this house in 1921. He was the vice-president of the Toledo Steel Castings Company and the American Swidd Magnet Company. Mr. Nordholt's biography appeared in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 3 on page 475. His wife was Clara (Van Loo) Nordholt. Sons John Jr. James, and daughter Ann Nordholt boarded here in 1921. | |||||
