The 2616 Parkwood address did not appear in the 1911 Polk City Directory.  It first appeared in 1912 with Joseph Rill listed as the resident.  Mr. Rill was the creditman with Nugent Furniture Company. The 1918 and the 1921 city directories listed Albert Neuhausel  as the resident of 2616 Parkwood.  Mr. Neuhausel was the general manager of the Neuhausel Brothers.  His biography appeard in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 2 on page 387.  His wife was Harriet (Branek) Neuhausel.
