By 1910, 2617 Parkwood was home to Lawrence Ketcham, a teller with the Second National Bank.  The Ketcham family domestic in 1910 was Nellie Carroll.  By 1921, Stanley Hiett, a lawyer and the son of Emery and Ella Hiett.  His wife was Clara (Jones) Hiett.  Ella, now a widow, boarded with the family along with Stanley's brother Lawrence Hiett.
