The 1910 Polk City Directory listed Edward Williams as the resident of 2635 Parkwood. Mr. Williams was the general manager of the Union Fire Arms Company. The house was vacant in 1912. Stella Colburn, the widow of I. W. Colburn, was the occupant in 1918, while Horace Buggie, the vice-president and manager of the Dura Mechanical Hardware Compan, lived here in 1921. The 1929 city directory listed John Urschel, the president of the Woodville Limce Company.
