Built on lot 49 Collingwood Addition in 1908, 2724 Robinwood was the work of contractor Nathaniel Heffelbower.  The value on the permit was $5,000.  Elmer Funk is listed as resident in the 1910 Polk City Directory while the 1918 directory listed Edward Affleck, the vice-president of the Electric Auto-Lite Company.  The 1918 directory also revealed that Jennie Gould was employed as a domestic for the Affleck family.
