"Elegant, new residence, eight rooms and bath, hot water heat, soft water plumbing, oak finish and double doors first floor, white enamel finish and birch trim, etc..." was how 2724 Robinwood was described when it was offered for sale by its builder and owner Nathaniel E Heffelbower.  Mr Heffelbower who ran advertisements in both the October 10 and 17, 1908 editions of the Toledo News Bee was asking the consideration of $5,000 to purchase this beautiful residence.
