Harry Jennison, the president of The Russell & Jennsion Company and the Continental Bitumen Company, resided at 2264 Robinwood in 1910 according to the city directory of that year.  The 1918 directory listed Mr. Jennison as the president of the Jennsion-Wright, Company located at 2463 Broadway.  This house was built in 1909.
