2644 Robinwood was built in 1912 according to the Lucas County Auditor's Office.  The 1912, 1918 and the 1921 Polk city directories listed Albert Grove as the resident of 2644 Robinwood.  Mr. Grove's occupation was a foreman with the Franklin Printing and Engraving Company. John Kratt of the Kratt Brothers which sold shoes from 320-A Superior also live here in 1912.   Blanche Hutchins, a stenographer with Brown, Geddes, Schmettau & Williams, roomed here those years along with Nellie Athey, also a roomer.
